No Resale of Service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of this website, use of this website, or access to this website without the express written permission of USGCRS organization.

If you have reason to believe that your Account is no longer secure (for example, in the event of a loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of your User Name, password stored on the Service), you must promptly change your password and notify us of the problem (by notice given as described in the Notice section below).

Modifications to Service
USGCRS Organization reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that USGCRS Organization shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the site.

Termination
You agree that USGCRS Organization, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the site, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if USGCRS Organization believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Use. No refund policy
Once your processing fee has been paid it is NOT refundable in any case. By submitting your application and payment to USGCRS Organization you understand and agree to the refund policy specified herein. You may not use the Services until you have read this Agreement and indicated your unconditional acceptance of it by clicking the agree button. As used in this Agreement, the terms you, your or user are synonymous, and refer to the person using the services in any way. Any registered user is a user from whom USGCRS Organization has received the information necessary to permit such person to print prepared immigration forms by using the services and who complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the USGCRS Organization. Fee paid is NOT recoverable if filing of the lottery application is made impossible by any events beyond the control of USGCRS Organization. (For example, including but not limited to Act of War, Acts of Nature, Technological limitations, economical Resources, Legislative or procedural change and/or State Action). Immigration laws and regulations can change frequently and their application can vary widely based upon the specific facts and circumstances involved. Users are responsible for consulting with their own advisors concerning their specific immigration circumstances. USGCRS Organization will not be responsible for the accuracy or adequacy of any positions taken by users in their immigration applications.

Diversity Immigrant Visa Program- no guarantee of win
You understand that your USA Green Card lottery application is not a guarantee that you will receive a green card; it is merely an entry in a lottery. USGCRS Organization does not guarantee that the applicant will receive permanent US residence, a USA Green Card or a work visa, but only provides the applicant with an opportunity to participate in the USA Green Card Lottery.

This application is a Lottery and not a guarantee of winning.
